We partner with clients to achieve their goals through data-driven solutions across multiple industries: financial services, life sciences, healthcare, the public sector, retail, and transportation.

Our collective brings together the full data value chain under one roof:

  • Data Strategy: Turning buzzwords into clear, business‑aligned roadmaps

  • Analytics & Data Science: Creating AI‑powered tools and models that actually get used

  • Design & Visualisation: With our in‑house studio CLEVER°FRANKE, turning complex data into experiences people enjoy using

We're leveraging our expertise in financial risk management to help our clients make data-driven decisions with confidence in the Financial Services sector. From IRB model development and IFRS 9 frameworks to regulatory validation and credit risk analytics, we work at the intersection of quantitative rigour and real business impact.

Our Financial Services team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant who is curious, technically sharp, and eager to grow with us. As a Senior Consultant specialised in financial risk management, you will put your quantitative skills to the test, building and validating models that go beyond compliance, applying advanced statistical and econometric techniques to solve critical credit risk challenges. You'll be part of a true collective, working alongside consultants to deliver impact-driven solutions that keep our clients ahead of the regulatory curve.

Where you’ll make an impact

Model Development & Validation

  • Develop and validate IRB models that don't just meet regulations, they raise the bar

  • Tackle critical credit risk tasks, from model builds to fine-tuning frameworks like IFRS 9

  • Ensure precision through thorough validation and code reviews that keep our clients audit-ready and future-proof

Client Impact & Advisory

  • Put your quantitative skills to the test, solving complex modelling puzzles under pressure

  • Be the translator, helping clients connect regulatory risk models to strategic business outcomes

  • Boost clients' capabilities by upgrading their data infrastructure and aligning processes with regulations

Growth & Collective Development

  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities while building long-term client partnerships

  • Mentor and inspire, turning your experience into teachable moments for junior team members

  • Contribute to our collective brainpower, sharing knowledge and helping shape the evolving landscape of financial risk

What you bring

At ADC, we’re not just consultants: we’re leading experts in Data & AI using our expertise in Financial Risk Management. What unites us is a shared way of working: breaking down complex challenges to changehow organisations operate. For this role, that means:

  • 3+ years of experience in model development, validation, finance, ideally gained in consulting or project-based work

  • A solid foundation in conducting complex statistical analysis (in Python/R) and deep knowledge of credit risk regulations (EBA guidelines)

  • A quantitative or financial academic background: Econometrics, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or similar fields

  • The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, breaking down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences

  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change

  • A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar

  • Fluency in English and Dutch

What’s in it for you

At ADC, you’re part of the collective from day one. We want you to grow, experiment, and shape your own path while working on projects that matter. That means:

  • Impact you can point to: You’ll see your work in action and our projects change how organisations make decisions

  • Real responsibility, real support: You’ll work alongside experienced experts from the start, learning by doing with mentorship and feedback built in

  • The freedom to try new things: Spot a better way to build something? A smarter process? We want people who challenge the status quo

  • Collective Week: Once a year, we go on a workation with the whole ADC team. We work on pro bono projects, explore new ideas, and make the kind of memories you’ll want to talk about

  • Ownership opportunities: We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, plus the opportunity to invest in the company and become a co-owner once specific conditions are met. We mean it when we say collective

  • A vibrant culture: Daily lunches, Friday drinks, sports, social events: a culture you’ll notice from day one
